V-C01 wire granulator machine separates copper/aluminum and plastic jacket by crushing and vibrating, and directs them to different outlets of the system for further processing. And it has a wind dust collection system to reduce dust and maintenance.

How Does The Wire Granulator Work?
How does the machine separate metals efficiently and accurately. First, the scrap is crushed into particles, and then the valuable metal components are cleanly separated from plastics or other materials of different weights through an airflow process.
1. The pre-shredder pre-shreds the scrap wires to make the wire size about 1~2 inches.
2. The wire granulator crushes the 1~2 inch wires into smaller uniform granules.
3. Finally, the airflow sorting separates the copper granules and plastic granules according to weight, and guides the copper granules and plastics to different discharge ports.
